Shipping & Policies
Efficient, Economical, and Quality Shipping:
At Arrow&Branch Winery, we prioritize efficient, cost-effective, and secure shipping for our clients. Our shipping charges are based solely on actual costs. Wines will be sent through our shipping partner, WineShipping, using common carriers such as FedEx & UPS. If you elect to use an alternate shipping company in Napa, you must make your request and instructions known by using the special instructions field while placing your order. The buyer is solely responsible for all additional costs and fees involved in utilizing an alternate shipper or shipping method. We reserve the right to decline such method or carrier request and you may use the Will Call method of pickup.
Shipping Schedule and Temperature Considerations:
Orders will begin shipping promptly, weather permitting. Great care is taken in checking the forecast before releasing your wines and you will receive an email notification ahead of shipment release.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our product, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. Additionally, no product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or a cash refund. Once your order has been packed and/or shipped, all returned or re-routed packages will incur additional shipping and handling charges at the actual cost imposed by carriers (“Additional Carrier Cost”). If returns or re-routed packages occur, you will see a charge to your credit card on file for any Additional Carrier Cost.
Age Verification and Responsibility:
Arrow&Branch Winery exclusively sells and ships to those aged 21 or older. Orders require birthdate confirmation, affirming recipient and buyer age. Upon delivery, ID proof of age is mandatory. Signature by an adult 21 years of age or older is mandatory by all carriers and delivery methods and cannont be waived. False representation is a crime, leading to prosecution with full cooperation.
