“All from the estate in Oak Knoll and aged in 60% new French and Hungarian oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deep purple hue as well as ripe, voluptuous aromas of dark, black, and blue fruits, chocolate, violets, and charcoal. It's medium to full-bodied, with a ripe, textured, incredibly satisfying style that has tons to love. There are roughly 800 cases produced. Drink 2025-2035."
