Tasting Notes

“A selection of the best blocks and best barrels from the earliest ripening portion of the vineyard, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Lady Liberty Vineyard was aged in 80% new French oak. Darker and more inward and concentrated, it offers full-bodied aromas and flavors of blue fruits, iron, leafy herbs, and darker chocolate. It's beautifully concentrated, has ripe, velvety tannins, remarkable purity and a great finish. Give it a few years of bottle age. There are eight barrels produced. Drink 2028-2040."
